Chalita has a BSc degree in Psychology and Childhood Studies and is a mother of two teenagers. She has first hand knowledge of the challenges that teenagers face daily with pressure from school, social media and peer groups.
In today’s society young adults are experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety that can have a profound effect upon mental health and cognitive wellbeing.
Chalita has designed a programme that is tailored specifically to help teenagers build self confidence, tackle self esteem issues, give strategies for building and maintaining positive relationships and provide the tools needed to manage stress and anxiety.
The programme has enough flexibility to modify the content to specific needs – which can be especially beneficial during times of high stress such as exam season. The sessions will endeavour to provide a positive platform for young adults to draw upon for life.
Chalita will be dedicated in ensuring you can make a difference to your life… today!
